Brian, I started reading you link but then stopped because I don't need that. I don't post anywhere else and I don't even read another site of any type where people post anywhere else than Earthwaves. I'd probably be interested in reading Lowell Whiteside's blog but don't have time.

But, it did cross my mind that you want to be able to post what you want on earthwaves but you don't want people to post whatever they want elsewhere (I know this is not quite accurate, but I think you get my point). So, I appreciate that Canie keeps it friendly here.

You, Roger, and I and others call out posts here every now and then that we think are not true or are irresonsible, and Canie lets us do that. I even got a bit rude egging on mR Rabbit after the Haiti quake: the number of fatalities there resulted in me being cranky about false claims.
