All this means is that quakes happen where quakes have happened. So, signals or not, eventually one will happen again.

You are not predicting until you can say where, when and how big.

Telling people to look for precursors is pointless. There aren't any reliable ones and if there were such they wouldn't need your program anyway, they'd just watch for the precursors.

IMHO, anyway.
