The focal mechanism for the 4.4 is consistent with right-lateral ona NW-SE surface (or left-lateral on the NE-SW auxiliary surface; the fault is one or the other). But, the 3.9 is backwards: consistent with left-lateral on the NW-SE fault. This may be a mistake (in the solution, or the display of the solution, or me looking at it). If real, it is kind of interesting...not sure what to make of it.
