You know Petra - I'm a real pack rat of pack rats... I have some of those discussions you had with EDG back in September/October of 2000 - You made some prediction where he was interested in the locations, etc... He asked me to forward a letter to you so I did forward it.. You yourself told him: "I am writing a scientific book about earthquake prediction. " in a reply to him - There's a saying about pots and kettles or some such...

I do believe **** is a scientist, just not an EARTH scientist that you have assumed and I have told you before. Maybe he is letting that assumption give him a little more power so to speak. I think he is a chemist. I don't know that he ever claimed to be a geologist.

He's been doing this for at least 10 years - Maybe he uses a combo of the sun/moon and some sensitive signals - He has simply reached out th\o the community to ask for help in a location - he hasasked: is anyone getting any signals for such and such an area.. or any area.

He doesn't 'give other people credit' when he sends out these warning because he doesn't give out ANY names - he's simply sending out his warnings - Maybe he's paranoid about naming names - he does certainly want to keep his out of the discussion - but he is available to talk to via e-mail. Maybe he's delusional about his warnings - yes he faithfully sends them out to various government agencies - maybe they trash them - yet he is doing something he believes in and he thinks is helping people - now what is wrong with that ?

I really don't think he is trying to fool you in any way or be dishonest - Maybe there was going to be an interview on quake prediction - I've been in one myself - I never made it to TV though :-)

Take a look at his web site - he gives some answers there (maybe not easy to figure out) - give the guy the benefit of the doubt - Maybe people like the Charlotte King 's of the world get mad because she stands to lose money - he doesn't do this for any money - he does it because he feels that he needs to warn people of an impending quake.

And funny thing - there always seems to be a damaging quake with loss of life when he says there will be - he still has to get those locations down though.
