Large hurricane Tomas is forecast to be a major hurricane in 4 days and then to slow down near or south of Haiti. Haiti tends to get flood disasters from rain with up to thousands killed. This is one that you can see coming, but will a disaster be avoided? Not easy to do in Haiti.
