Since I know nothing about reading seismograms, someone help me out here. This seismogram seems to show a small tremor that starts around 10:00 PDT and has never subsided along with occasional higher amplitude tremors. What gives? Is this just artifact or some kind of harmonic episode? I doubt the latter, but would like some help on this one.
