OK. I need to be more clear. EM = electromagnetic. That could be radio waves, microwaves, millimeter waves infrared, visible, UV, x-ray, gamma, etc... What frequencies are we talking about? Or is this just another case of someone misappropriating technical terminology to make themselves sound smart?
