You hit the nail on the head but don't realize that.

There ARE NO groups - anywhere - out there that are interested in learning about a variety of precursors, checking for them, or getting anything organized along those lines! I know that because I am talking constantly with top researchers around the world about this.

One possible exception might be the earthquake forecasting agency in the government of the People's Republic of China. However, they don't appear to be interested in communicating with people outside their organization or trying new things. The language barrier is likely also part of the problem.

Most other researchers appear to me to not be interested in this. Or, they are waiting for me to get something organized.

These are personal opinions.
