I believe that there is quite a bit more to the triggering picture than what those researchers are proposing. The sun and moon gravity related force connection with earthquake triggering is likely the most important of the effects. My own and other researchers’ work in this area is gradually moving forward. And within a few months I am planning to try to convince governments around the world to devote more resources to this type of effort.
