1)Only Sun and Moon aspects are not enough. Otherwise ,we would have quakes on all full Moon amd New Moon
2)First, a prone month is decided. When major planets changes direction (ie Jupiter,Saturn ,venus and Mercury (in decending order) are potential when changes direction.Thogh it is an apperent change,it affects tidal force by accelarating or retarding the momentum of magma inside the crust
3)First after i) above is satisfied, date and time is decided by fast moving Moon,which acts as a trigger
4)when Moon either Joins ,opposes or coinsdes with Sun or the planet changing the diretion ,quakes occurs
5) Magnitude of the quake depends on various factors like
proximity of Moon to Earth, Sun to Earth,planet changing the direction to Earth,Declination of Moon and Sun, Moon on Equater etc
