I remember hearing Ralph Archuleta talking about how drilling could reduce gas emissions and seeps in the channel. There was always some dispute about that---and didn't somebody propose a "tent" structure to capture the gas a few years ago?

I didn't see anything on the SB news sites about this---but then again, that IS SB!
