Roger Unless there is stong and potent combination of all factors(decribed in my theory ) I do not give 7+ date. A 6+ date is not expected to be 7+ date.Both have seperate caclulations. However a 7+ date may some time become 6.5+ ,becuase it also depend on the strength of the crust over which it is acting.If it is not a prone area (plate boundry) the quake may be little less However, a given date is not coreect for 7+ ,if it is stated as 6+ date regards Amit
