Thanks Canie; the oblique slip is interesting; it looks like you can see the slickensides on some of the top photos, and these slickensides are consistent with the offset of the ground surface. I was away from internet for 2 days; glad to see California is still there; looks like things have quieted way down in far southern California off of the fault that broke.
