And yet... I looked at that cluster south of the border on the morning of the 7.2, and said, "Dayum! Those look to me like foreshocks. Maybe I should post a prediction on EW." And then didn't, missing the opportunity of a lifetime. And the CA earthquake map is my homepage, so I see it every day at least once. I'm with EQF on this one. In my (uneducated in geosciences) book, those were a cluster of foreshocks. Yes, Roger, there have been a zillion of them since October of last year, but there was something decidedly different about that day's little square boxes.
