Just to add to all the comments above, as you all know the bigger the quakes, the more you don't need a program to run to see how many. That said, through my own research, I found that as far back as the the 1880s, Socal (Bakersfield to the border) has experienced a 6+ quake at least once a decade. And, as some of you pointed out maybe more. Sooo...to go w/ the theme of this thread, yes indeed, we have finished the first decade in 120 years of no 6+ quake in Socal. Don't know what to think. As we all know, socal may be going into a seismic sleep that could last decades or the next century, or, this is just one minor blip and we could have a bunch of 6s in the coming years to makep up for it. I've said this before, but times like these make me wish so much that mankind's technology of today went back like 10,000 years where we could see every quake to hit the state. With historical data like that we would know EXACTLY what this ten year break meant!
