1) My theory is not only based on lunar phases. It also takes in to account cahnge of direction of major planets from direct to retro gate and vice versa also various other things like proximity,declinations,exreme speed of planets etc
Lunar phses are to be taken in consideration when major planets (Jupitor ,Saturn) changes the direction.
2) I have predicted quakes more than 6.3 (except one ) for the year 2009.
