Considering last couple of days sunshine, I reveal that around 6.5 to 7.5M quake over BHUTAN (ASSAM) AREA. Probablity 90% & Location plus or minus 3 degrees. Time frame 4.30 UTC from 26th Jan. 2010 to 10th Feb. 2010. Let us watch.
