Looks like the remaining job is cleaning up. I'd hope someone is putting in a temporary seismic network and some GPS stations, as we all know the most dangerous time for earthquakes is right after a big one, and Haiti had very poor instrumentation before the M7 event. Yeats nailed it in his widely reported SciAm quote - big vulnerable city, big fault. For all anybody knew, it might not have happened for hundreds of years, but it was no secret Port Au Prince was in danger. Quite similar to the event in China - with no effective earthquake prediction, all these cities near big faults moving even a few mm/yr are at risk.
