I just checked and there are 2000 km of Western Geco seismic reflection data in coastal Haiti. I'm now downloading 2 gigabytes of .tar files. This is acoustic data that should image the faults down to 6 or 8 seconds two way travel time. In the best imaging situations (sedimentary basin) you might be able to image to the equivalent of 6 or 8 km depth.

The question is whether I should spend any time on this, when I need to get the California work done. Also, should I make images of the faults and link them from here?

the question is whether working with the Haiti data will actually do them any good. Not obvious how.
