As I have stated quite clearly and repeatedly in the past, I am circulating earthquake forecasting research notes by E-mail and occasionally in Newsgroup postings to other scientists and disaster mitigation personnel in countries around the world. They include URL links to these EarthWaves notes.

At some time I am going to have to ask some of those people what they think of these completely useless (in my opinion) and insulting comments that you are constantly posting here in response to my reports that are aimed at helping people around the world save lives. I can just imagine what type of mental picture all of those government officials etc. must be forming regarding you.
