That might be an indicator of approaching seismic activity for the U.S. West Coast. Or it might simply mean that large numbers of low intensity EM Signals pointing to that area related to low magnitude earthquakes are being detected. It is going to take some time to learn how to evaluate those types of data and determine exactly what they are saying.
