Chris; I don't have any way to do that. I'd have to be able to tell if a given point is inside or outside the shadow, assuming I could get the maps in the first place. It's really an eyeball job, easy for a person, hard for a computer. Then there's the time lag question. If you wait long enough a quake is sure to happen inside a past shadow. That's how a lot of "predictors" get hits; open a window and wait for a hit.
