I don't think that Boyko gets it at all, alas. Yes, I think that his English is a problem (I'm sure that it is much better than my understanding of his native language, whatever that is!).

All of us on this board could predict, with reasonable hit rates, a quake in an active seismic area given enough time. We all know that Indonesia has a 5 quake about every two weeks or so, California has a 3 at least once a month, Alaska has numerous quakes every day...

And yes, I did say In the Next month, meaning starting from the day of prediction.
