Canie---you are SO correct. Predicting a small quake in the vicinity of an active seismic area (which includes most of Washington!) is NOT a prediction. I don't know what Boyko wants here... I'll predict a 5 plus quake somewhere in Indonesia in the next month. Bet that I'm accurate on that one!
