There was a story in the LA Times about it may be related to the water rationing impacting a 100 year old system of pipes..

I also just heard on the radio that a couple different firms are supposedly investigating causes..

And I do suppose it could be slight earth movement - or a combination of all of the above.. I have also checked supplies!
