There is some info about Coachella trenching about 3/4 down this report. They did trenching at Thousand Palms, Indio and Dumas hills, which is near the Salton Sea. (Lake Cauhilla). Not to lengthy, but worth a look. There's a lot more out in cyber about Coachella, but I would have to look for the URL's. Some are on the old computer. The info is out there....
