I've had chip bags pop in the car while driving to altitudes...always makes one wonder where the gunshot came from!

Poleta was a fascinating place to stay/map/whatever. I remember going to down to this bar at some little town where it seems that only bikers and geologists could survive. Archaeocyathid reefs...now why do I remember that when I can't remember why I came into the room?
