John, I looked through the relevant parts of the 2008 SCEC abstracts and Heaton or Swami were co-authors of the tall building abstracts. These abstracts were talking about ~20 story frame buildings. That was what was presented at the 2007 meeting. But, I recall that what was new on this front for the 2008 meeting was sky scr apers. I could be mis-remembering but I don't think so. It is possible that the same authors presented work that was not in their abstracts. If you want to check contact one of them (Swami or Heaton).
