I guess, after reading it over again, my response did not really answer the
two questions you raised: 1) technique - as I understand it, it is scientifically
based and 2) reproducibility. I have been able to reproduce some of the
predictions using a home-grown program here, so if all aspects of the technique
were known (I am deliberately kept in the dark on some of it), I believe the
predictions would be completely reproducible.
