Because it is a matter of public record, having been presented at an international
meeting on statistical earthquake prediction, that a regional subset of the predictor(s)
earthquake predictions have been examined by an internationally known statistician.
The results were that these predictions were statistically significant. That is about
all I can say without saying too much.
