I'm only interested in creating a registry for predictions, comprised of time, place, and magnitude. Each record would only be appended with a timestamp, in UTC, tagging when the prediction was filed, and a predictor's ID of some sort to create predictor continuity. Really pretty simple. Electromagnetic pulse times and forecasts are outside the scope of this project as I am only interested in validating earthquake predictions. Also, I am interested in a database that will allow for automation, which your example does not support. What I have in mind requires a CGI driven database. Regardless, thanks for your input.
