Thanks Chris & Roger (especially if you can look into it),
I think that I get it! The 7.4 was very underplayed at the time, but I remember thinking of it as adjacent to or during the tourist season - which reminded me of Mammoth in 1981 (I think) and the tourist debacle. Anyway,I wish that I had kept records but it's all been through casual observation instead. All I have are the dates and I was there at the end of April in 2005. All else has evolved since then, Roger, if you have time and interest, I am curious, so anything you come up with would be gratefully appreciated.
