There are people around the world who are involved with this project. And in addition to doing my own work I am trying to coordinate their efforts. I presently don’t have time to stop and talk with anyone who is not already involved with the project.

If you do not have a PC type computer that runs Windows XP or Vista then I suggest that you talk with one of those groups that collects old, donated computers, rebuilds them, and gives them to schools etc. They might be willing to sell you an older system for $50 that will run XP. Then when this forecasting computer program is released you can see it generate data for yourself. I am attempting to include information in the instructions that provides proof that the methodology works.
