Since the dilatational event was registered only at JCDS, an instrument malfunction
cannot be ruled out. Another factor to keep in mind in that this event coincides
with a creep event (see xmm1 and xmd1). That creep event may be responsible
for the increase in dilatational strain. In any case, I think I would need more to raise my level
of concern (especially since nothing is listed for Parkfield this week).
