Except maybe around Parkfield, no catalogue is going to be complete for 1+ quakes...and most areas, probably not for 2+ quakes.

But, otherwise, if some web site can use google earth to show quakes, you could do it also, if you have a catalogue of quakes. Not something I would be able to dive into though. It is my understanding that you can use Google earth to plot all kinds of spatial data.
