I just happened across this program on a local PBS station (KVCR) and thought I should share.

It's basically about the trials and tribulations of the replacing of the seismically dangerous San Francisco-Oakland Bay Bridge, which is still ongoing. It points out the seriousness of the failures of the process in a most humorous way.
