I don't know if the gov't contracted the trailers specifically and whoever built them did a poor job of pre-prepping the materials used to build the trailers or bought sub-standard raw materials or if they all come that way...

I just know when I first moved into my brand new mobile home, it sent me to coughing ... I opened the windows... Heck, my new car made me sick for a while... I understand what the problem is!

Here's one interesting quote: “FEMA stands confident in using travel trailers for emergency sheltering,” said agency spokesman Aaron Walker. “… To put it in perspective, we have almost 115,000 trailers out right now, and FEMA has received just over 20 complaints total.”
