No, what I meant was that excluding regions which don't fit is acceptable.

Naturally it resets the clock when you do that but we don't have another 100 years for a proper test. I don't know when he discovered the Kurile pattern and it isn't entirely true anyway since I found a Kurile quake in a syzygy window.

I'm currently rerunning the series to see where the significance lies.
