Assuming they are not taken back, there were a couple M4+ quakes west of Red Bluff...in the hills...I suppose these would be considered the coast ranges because the area is west of the Central Valley. One set of focal mechanisms show the larger ones to be strike slip while another set show them as oblique strike slip. I don't know the faults there at all...anyone?
