yes, there are. I've asked Madeline Zirbes if they have anything downloadable on it. So far, no answer. I've been searching my reprint files for something. I know I had it at one time because I wrote a program to display them. They are a series of 1 degree high strips which define the particular region. Naturally, as Lowell says, they have jagged edges and aren't accurate for small regions. But they're standard definitions so we don't have to assign them ourselves.
