Hi Chris,

I have been to that zoo twice. It is "tres cool" and in a lovely setting at the very end of the BART line. Someone gave one of my daughters a snow leopard as an arrival gift (she is adopted), so for the whole year, she had her name on a plaque outside the cage. It's only natural to play hooky for one day of these long conferences. Sorry you didn't get to Chinatown. Now that's a fun experience!
