If they tear down those oak trees to build that sports arena (or whatever it is) in Berkeley---they'll be punished by the Earth Goddess with a quake.

Just kidding (don't tell Pat Robertson)....but alas, that area is overdue and heavily populated. The scenarios for a quake in the Bay Area are frightening.
