Good to hear it's working better. My only other advice is if you can set the windows resolution to the native resolution of the monitor you'll get the crispest picture. That's the nature of LCD screens. For example, if the native resolution is 1024x768, setting windows to 800x600 will result in larger text, but it's a fuzzy smeared image. Setting it to the native resolution will result in smaller text, but it should be crystal clear. I personally haven't switched to LCD for one simple reason - color rendition vs vertical viewing angle. For a specific example, windows standard light blue background - on a CRT, it's the same exact shade from top to bottom. On an LCD, the shade very noticeably changes from top to bottom due to the viewing angle, unless you sit 10 feet from the screen.
