Re: Day after Tomorrow: Calfornia |
We live near Mt. Shasta (weird enough in any climate and time!) The trees have been turning early, and I noticed that some of the birds who usually appear in the winter here have already arrived. The storm gave us a few sprinkles, cool temps and a lot of wind. What does it mean? I dunno...but remember that weather averages are ONLY averages, and things can vary quite a bit from year to year. We did have the hottest temp on record this summer (on the 4th of July!), but only has been recorded for about 150 years up here. Glad to see the cool and some rain for California though! Decreased fire danger.
