A minor earthquake occurred at 7:02:25 AM (PDT) on Tuesday, August 28, 2007.
The magnitude 3.3 event occurred 8 km (5 miles) NW of Parkfield, CA.
The hypocentral depth is 11 km ( 7 miles).
