Long time. But weren't the two foreshocks to LP separated by a little over a year? What happened within 7 days of the first foreshock? Certainly nothing in the 6's.

I am glad you got my questions and have also noticed an astounding lack of aftershocks (and paltry ones at that) after this 4.2 in Oakland. Not that a 4.2 is all that significant, but on the N. segment of the Hayward Fault after nothing that strong going on there since ???, I think it stands out as somewhat ominous.

Not trying to monger fear, here. I was just astonished that it took over 24 hours for the first little aftershock to come in.
