Lucky you, on all counts. Congratulations on getting that large house. I'm not sure I could take -10 degrees. I had to do -25 just once, and it just about killed me. That was an abberation, though, not the norm, which was around 15 to zero. Ah, yes, the cicadas. I miss the cicadas. And Columbia is such a nice college town. You're very lucky.
