"certain types of electromagnetic (EM) pulses" I am curious. Could your expand on the nature of these signals? What wavelengths? Duration? Shape? How are they detected? Recorded? Got samples? I've seen several people talk about detecting EM signals for quake forecasting but so far no one has been willing to describe the nature of these signals.
