It's to be housed at the domain I own, epulation.com, where it currently is. Maybe down the road, if successful, I could get it it's own domain.

With regards to false entries, maybe a registration thing is needed....

Gotta ask Canie on bandwidth. Maybe we could do an "EPR - Earthwaves Edition" which she could just link to. Saves her the trouble of dealing with the issue herself, yet gives folks a place to file predictions where they can be found.

Thoughts are, upon a prediction filing, the predictor would get an automated email as a receipt. A mailing list could also be set up to mail predictions to anybody who is interested. What else did you have in mind regarding email?
