The real coverup is known by folks who live in areas like Santa Rosa and Fort Bragg and Petaluma etc.... All the old timers said that the quake happened off the coast by Point Arena and showed its damage by total demolition of said towns.... as opposed San Fran who most damage came from fires.....Hey it is actually oral tradition at this time...but another 10 years and the oral elders will be gone!
